There are a lot of bad habits I've developed over my life. Most are unproductive and unhealthy. In times of stress or higher levels of anxiety, I've had to become aware of these behaviours. And as I've become aware, it has been necessary to learn how to modify them; or replace them. It doesn't suit to simply stop these behaviours, that only creates a vacuum. A hole which can easily be filled with equally unhealthy or more devastating habits. No, these habits must be replaced with good and healthy habits. I find papercrafts to be one of these healthier habits. There is a calm, focus that comes while creating or building papertoys. And it has become the thing i turn to in times of stress or anxiety. Maybe, that's why I like to share them with you.
