Another 30 minute sketch. Trying to get better at laying down as much detail as possible in a short amount of time. I'm terrible at taking notes, because I'm never certain what information is important. So, I end up trying to write everything down. This leads to a lot of confusion.

Doing 30 minute sketches is a lot like taking notes. It puts me in a frame of mind to try and capture what is most important.

"She Should't Have To Be Afraid" is a thirty minute sketch. This vidi is something I put together to see how I do against time. It's actually a bit longer than 30 minutes, because I wanted to finish it, but after I passed the mark I figured I'd already lost. I'll explore the idea again some other day, I'm sure.

This drawing was done in Paint Tool SAI. It isn't finished yet, and i'm not sure if I'll go back to it. I made this video to see how I was handling the brushes. I still have a lot of work, though and I don't draw as much I should.

I Dont Know Either

"I Don't Know Either" is a quick doodle I did. No planning, just a bit o' the ol' stream of consciousness. Recording myself while I'm drawing gives me the ability to see how I'm using my strokes, which isn't something I pay much attention to while I'm drawing. It's pretty neat because there's a lot I don't really notice. Hope you enjoy!

Started using my YouTube channel... Bazooka Jules!

So, I decided to use my YouTube channel for more than just browsing. This is something a friend challenged me to work on. If you don't know, it's Bazooka Jules. A character created by the artist Neil Googe. Jules was the protagonist of a short lived comic of the same name. The story was simple, Fun and easy to follow, but the artwork was spectacular! I know I'm not the only one who hopes Neil returns to finish some day.
Anyway, this is my first attempt at YT stardom! Ready for my close up, Mr. Demented!
